They are now looking to further grow their team due to their ongoing success by adding an experienced Africa Safari Travel Expert to their vibrant, friendly, and knowledgeable team.Job Description:In this Africa Safari Travel Expert role, you will provide a concierge-style service to travellers, using your knowledge and experience selling Africa to create journeys that delight, exceed expectations and don’t disappoint, ultimately generating repeat and referral business.Experience Required:
- A passion for Africa travel including personal travel to Africa (essential)
- Experience working in the travel industry together with a great knowledge of safari reserves and camps in Africa
- Good logistical travel knowledge of Africa
- Fantastic sales skills driven by amazing customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised and able to prioritise your workload
- Driven by success
