Sonic Summary

A global TMC is seeking a home-based Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant with experience in Sabre.
The role requires previous out of hours experience and a knowledge of fares and ticketing at Level 1 & 2 or equivalent.
The salary for this position is around £38,000, accompanied by benefits such as 25 days of holidays, a potential 5% bonus, and health and dental care.
Responsibilities include answering client calls and emails, providing travel expertise, and issuing and re-issuing international and domestic airfares.
The position involves working four shifts per week, typically including two midweek and two weekend shifts.

Salary around 38k plus benefits including 25 days holidays, up to 5% bonus, health and dental care, pension etcBusiness travel consultants - Out of hours duties-Working out of hours, answering calls and emails from clients in a polite, efficient, and professional manner-Offering expert advise in all aspects of travel-Maintain the outstanding level of customer service provided by the ‘day’ team-Work as part of an efficient team, communicating effectively both internally and externally-To issue, re-issue and perform re-calculations of international and domestic airfares using sabre -Sourcing the best and most cost-effective worldwide routes booking all flights, rail, hotel and all ground productBusiness travel Out of hours consultants Skills Required:-Previous Out of hours experienceKnowledgeable on Sabre and Amadeus-Fares & Ticketing Level 1 & 2 (or equivalent experience) essential-Knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel-Possess good geographical and product knowledge of destinations and airlines-On the pulse with world events and likely travel implicationsAdditional information-4 shifts per week, typically 2 midweek and 2 during the weekend-Shift patterns Monday to Friday 6pm to 1.30am and 1am to 8am, during the weekends 9am to 5.30pm, 5pm to 1.30am and 1am to 9am -Currently one full weekend off every 5/6If you are interested in the above role please apply online or send your cv to quoting DT59193
