Business travel consultants - Out of hours duties-Working out of hours, answering calls and emails from clients in a polite, efficient, and professional manner-Offering expert advise in all aspects of travel-Maintain the outstanding level of customer service provided by the ‘day’ team-Work as part of an efficient team, communicating effectively both internally and externally-To issue, re-issue and perform re-calculations of international and domestic airfares using sabre -Sourcing the best and most cost-effective worldwide routes booking all flights, rail, hotel and all ground productBusiness travel Out of hours consultants Skills Required:-Previous Out of hours experience ideally but certainly not essential -Knowledgeable on Sabre -Business travel consultant experience is a must -Knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel-Possess good geographical and product knowledge of destinations and airlines-On the pulse with world events and likely travel implicationsAdditional information-They are looking for 1/2 people, hours the team work are Monday to Friday 10pm to 9am, Saturday and sunday 8pm to 9am.
