First Class & Business Travel Operations Manager - London - £60-80k + commission.
One of the UK’s leading business travel companies specialising in First & Business Class Travel currently requires an Operations/Sales Manager to lead a team of First & Business Class consultants. This is a hands-on role so experience of booking worldwide fares using a major GDS is essential.
This would be a great opportunity for an experienced Business Travel Operations Manager or a section supervisor or possibly a strong Team Leader looking for their next challenge ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the team.
As a First Class & Business Travel Operations/Sales Manager you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
- Staff Management (Performance, Training, Absence and Appraisals)
- Client management, account management, business development,
- Driving operational service, quality, and efficiencies
- Policy adherence
- Managing client feedback in a calm and professional manner
- Maintaining a positive client and supplier relationship
- Agent training
Business Travel Operations/Sales Manager Skill & Experience requires:
