Business Travel Support Agent - Required for this global travel organisation. You will be working on a hybrid basis with 3 days in a London office, salary up to 40k. Experience wise, they are looking for 5 years travel industry experience, knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo, strong fares and ticketing experience, ideally a mix of corporate and leisure.
Business Travel Support Agent Duties-Supporting the companies independent consultants who look after both corporate and leisure clients-Actioning requests sent over to the helpdesk, such as issuing/reissuing and refunding complex airline tickets, help advisors with systems such as concur,Dophone etc, help with ADMS, GDS issues, both amadeus and galileo-Assist new advisors with setup and run training sessions-Manage the UK hotel inbox-Support advisors with NDC requests-Quality checking advisors bookings Business Travel Support Agent Skills Required-Minimum 5 years business/leisure travel experience-Excellent Amadeus and galileo knowledge-Strong fares and ticketing knowledge-Good British rail and European train knowledge-Good knowledge of ConcurAdditional information-Monday to Friday role, 3 days in a central London office-Benefits include pension, 25 days holidays, Bupa, up to a 5% bonus, life insurance plus many more If you are interested in the above role please apply online or send your cv to
