Have you have travelled East Africa extensively?

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced tailor made travel consultant to join this specialist tour operator based in London, offering flexible remote working (flexibility of working overseas can be discussed).

You will have control over your own time and workflow creating bespoke holidays and luxury travel to East Africa and Madagascar.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Create bespoke and luxury itineraries to East Africa and hitting monthly sales targets.
  • Manage inbound enquiries, build relationships with new prospects, and work with international partners to design the right trip for them.
  • Add value to every customer's booking journey.
  • Providing useful and insightful information on the customers trip, destinations, and our partners.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements throughout the sales and post-booking process, as well as new product and marketing opportunities.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • A minimum of 3 years+ East Africa travel sales experience
  • You have experience selling to the US market
  • Excellent product knowledge of East Africa as a travel destination
  • You'll need to be able to demonstrate an excellent sales record.
  • Previous experience working with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)

THE PACKAGE:

  • The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary of £33,000 - £38,000 with a fantastic commission structure (£60k OTE).
  • Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
  • Flexible working / fully remote (flexibility of working overseas can be discussed)
