The Entertainment Business Travel Consultant position is available at a global TMC specializing in Music & Production travel.
This hybrid role is based in Central London and requires previous business travel experience, ideally with entertainment accounts.
Candidates should have knowledge of a GDS, preferably Galileo, and will be cross-trained if necessary.
The salary for this position is up to £38,000 plus benefits, depending on experience.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm.

Entertainment Business Travel Consultant Required for this global TMC who focus on Music & Production travel. The role is hybrid in their Central London office and they are looking for a business travel consultant who has experience with a GDS, ideally Galileo but they will crosstrain. Paying up to £38k plus benefits. Business Travel Consultant Duties

Answering calls, whatsapp messages and emails from clients in a polite, efficient, and professional manner
Working in a fast paced environment with Entertainment and Music clients
Sourcing the best and most cost-effective worldwide routes booking all flights, rail, hotel and all ground product using Galileo

Business Travel Consultant - Skills Required:

Previous business travel experience ideally with entertainment accounts
Knowledgeable on Galileo or another GDS system
Good geographical and product knowledge of destinations and airlines
Comfortable working, communicating and replying quickly over WhatsApp/Email
Able to speak directly to artists and liaise with promotors/tour managers

Additional information

Working Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm
Paying up to £38,000 DOE
