The company: A well-established tour operator based in North-West London specialising in creating tours in Great Britain and Ireland
Main duties: An exciting opportunity to be the main point of contact for clients building relationships and increasing sales. You will also oversee a small team ensuring they receive support, motivation and guidance
The role:- Be responsible for generating new business by meeting clients requirements ensuring best itinerary is planned in order to increase sales- Develop strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and the market trends- Prepare itineraries which include costings and quotes- Ensure pricings are competitive and profitable following up with clients converting these to sales- Liaise with internal departments ensuring client satisfaction- Provide daily support and development to your team- Conduct performance reviews providing feedback to ensure targets are met as well as company policies and standards adhered to- Identify and facilitate training
The candidate:- Fluent in French (Written and spoken) - Essential- Previous experience within travel, tour operations or DMC required- Background in leading and managing a small team a must- Knowledge of Tour plan beneficial- Excellent communication skills with a client focused mentality- Proactive, dynamic and commercially aware
The salary: up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience
