Our client, a luxury travel brand, is seeking a Golf Travel Specialist to tailor-make worldwide golfing holidays. You will be using your expertise and golf travel knowledge to maintain and grow a portfolio of clients so excellent customer service is key to this role. This role can be hybrid or possibly remote for the right candidate with a competitive salary.Golf Travel Specialist responsibilities:
- Identify each client’s needs and preferences and ensure sales opportunities are maximised
- Use your extensive golf destination knowledge to identify each client’s specific needs and preferencesÂ
- Handle golf enquiries and reservation requests from clients and convert to bookings
- Ensure all travel documentation, reservations and logistics are executed flawlessly
- Consistently meet and exceed KPI's
Luxury Golf Travel Sales Consultants requirements:Â
- Solid experience in luxury leisure travel specialising in golf travel experiences
- Knowledge of a GDS - ideally AmadeusÂ
- Excellent travel industry and worldwide golf travel knowledgeÂ
- Strong negotiation skills to ensure perks and benefits for clientsÂ
- High level of accuracy and attention-to-detail for professional presentation of all documentation
