Our client is a specialist inbound tour operator based in South West London now recruiting, a fluent Brazilian / Portuguese speaker to join their team.

They are offering an opportunity to a Groups Reservations Executive from a Hotel or Groups Operations from a DMC to come forward with an application.

Training and on-boarding are delivered with 2 full weeks in the office then you will be able to work Hybrid.

This is a position that is Monday to Friday, NO Emergency phones - unless very ad hoc

Groups Operations duties include:

  • Booking accommodation and ground services throughout the UK & Ireland.
  • Answering queries and providing advice on various travel products and services.
  • Negotiating rates with suppliers including hotels, coaches, restaurants, guides and entertainment venues
  • Building close working relationships with travel trade clients and suppliers
  • Attending site inspections and preparing and attending Fam trips
  • All Operating aspects of the tour to final invoicing
  • Attending Trade shows and Exhibitions to represent the Company

Groups Operations Executive Experience:

  • Fluent Brazilian / Portuguese speaker
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills, and have worked in an admiration position.
  • Looking to always exceed expectations
  • Ability to manage own workload
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment
