Role: Travel Manager
Rate: £500 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Client: FTSE 100 Pharmaceuticals Organisation
Duration: 12 months
Location: Hybrid - 2 to 3 days in London
An interim opportunity for a Travel Manager to join a leading Pharmaceutical organisation and support the Head of Travel, Expenses and Meetings.
You will responsible for creating Business Cases and slide presentations for senior stakeholders, including Expense Steer Cos and Travel Risk Steer Cos. You will manage end-to-end travel and meetings projects autonomously.
You will develop and recommend new sustainability practices, processes and awareness to drive the organisation's Net Zero targets. You will champion innovation, process improvement and cost saving.
Requirements:
- Excellent Travel Management experience in a regional or global role.
- Ability to write robust business cases.
- Ability to create presentations and updates for senior stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management
- Prior experience within a large, matrix organisation
- Beneficial would be an experience with Concur.
- Advantageous would be experience with SAP S4 HANA.
