This is a fantastic opportunity for a Travel Operations Administrator to join a successful and well-established tour operator in The City of London.

As a Travel Operations Administrator you will be overseeing the operations of the groups and ensure that clients' expectations and requirements are more than met, putting together tailor-made packages to European destinations, including hotels, rail tickets and excursions.

This role is Monday - Friday; 9am - 6pm, offering a generous starting salary of £28,000 and would ideally suit someone looking to start a career in the travel industry!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for putting together group travel itineraries, travel vouchers, E-tickets and destination information
  • Ensure group bookings for hotels, rail tickets and excursions are in place and correct
  • Check and issue booking confirmation documentation
  • Providing administrative support to the operations team

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Previous travel industry experience preferred but not essential
  • Administration background
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organised and methodical
  • Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Able to work as part of a small team
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work
  • The ability to speak a second European language is highly desirable
  • Willingness to support other team members
  • Happy to get involved in a wide range of tasks

PACKAGE

  • A competitive basic salary of £28,000 + bonus
  • Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
  • Hybrid working
