Luxury Travel Consultant

We are a luxury travel agency based in South London, specializing in crafting bespoke travel experiences for discerning clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Luxury Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for travel, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven track record in the luxury travel sector. This role involves designing and selling tailor-made travel itineraries, providing expert advice, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.

This is a full-time office-based role, operating over a 7-day working pattern

The Job:

Client Consultation

• Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Provide expert recommendations on destinations, accommodations, and activities.

Booking and Administration

• Arrange flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services.
• Ensure all bookings are accurate and comply with client requirements.
• Manage travel documentation, including itineraries and confirmations.

Customer Service:

• Offer exceptional service before, during, and after travel.
• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

Sales and Targets

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.

Market Knowledge

• Stay updated on travel trends, industry news, and destination highlights.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in a travel advisory or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of worldwide travel destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A passion for travel and creating memorable experiences for clients.

The Package:

• Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum.
