Our very special client is looking for someone to join one of their key, niche departments (music and touring) to support the very busy travel consultants in an administration capacity.The role of Administration and Ticketing Support Consultant will encompass a variety of duties that will ensure your days are busy and your mind kept active! Learning all about this specialised sector, you'll become an important part in this companies quest for providing an outstanding service to their clients at all times.A snapshot of the duties this Administration and Ticketing Support Consultant will include:Learning how to issue airline tickets and hotel documentationWorking together with the travel consultants on their range of tours as bands travel the world.Providing accurate, up to date and organised admin support which could include compiling rooming lists, updating traveller profiles etc.Liasing with airlines and hotels for things such as actioning special requests.The role is Monday- Friday, fully working from home.We're looking for you to have a keen eye for detail and a personable nature with excellent communication skills over the phone and email.
