Business travel Online support agent - Required for this lovely global TMC. Hybrid of homebased, salary around 28k but they could stretch to 30k for the perfect candidate. They need a background in business travel as an business travel consultant or online support. Sabre knowledge would be ideal with some knowledge of concur.Business travel online support agents duties-You will be part of the companies support services who are responsible for supporting all internal applications and third party products , with a focus on the business and online booking tools used by the company-Provide second tier support , including assistance with service features , customer policy and procedures-Document appropriate details of inquiry , notifies internal customers according to notification schedule and takes timely action   Business travel online support agents skills required-Either an experience business travel consultant looking for a new challenge or someone in corporate travel with support experience-Sabre knowledge would be a major plus as well as concur experience-Experience with other online booking toolsAdditional information-Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm -Training from home or office if you preferIf you are interested in the above role please apply online or send your cv to quoting DT59596
