Sonic Summary

A Senior Business Travel Consultant is needed for an out-of-hours role from 2pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work, to service USA clients.
Responsibilities include booking all aspects of business travel, organizing accommodations, car hire, transfers, flights, and rail, while providing high customer service.
Candidates must have up-to-date experience in business or corporate travel, proficiency in a GDS, and familiarity with manual fare builds in USD, with Sabre experience being advantageous.
The position offers a salary range of £32,000 to £35,000 depending on experience, along with bonuses, monthly incentives, and a pension.
A 1-2 week induction in London is included, with holidays aligned to USA federal holidays, and the role can be home-based, office-based, or hybrid.

Booking all aspects of business travel
Organising accommodation, carhire, transfers as well as flights and rail
Providing a high level of customer service
Dealing with USA clients

Out of Hours Senior Business Travel Consultant Skills Required:

Up to date experience of working in business travel or corporate travel is essential.
Experience of doing manual fare builds and working in USD.
Any experience of using Apollo would be beneficial to your application, although not essential
Must be fully proficient using a GDS and experience of Sabre would be a distinct advantage.
Experience of doing the whole BTC process to include reissues, changes, refunds and ticketing is essential for this team.
Excellent worldwide fares knowledge

Full Hombased or office based or Hybrid available
Working 2pm - 11pm Mon - Fri only - no weekends
1-2 weeks induction in London all expenses paid
Salary range is 32k - 35k depending on experience
