Our Client are seeking a skilled Travel Consultant specialising in live touring and production logistics.

The ideal candidate will manage complex travel arrangements for live events, including artist tours and production teams, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for artists, crews, and production teams involved in live touring events.
  • Plan and manage complex itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, tailored to the specific needs of touring personnel.
  • Liaise with production managers, tour managers, and event coordinators to ensure all travel requirements align with event schedules.
  • Ensure all travel logistics are compliant with industry regulations and budget constraints.
  • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and contingencies with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Source and negotiate competitive rates with travel vendors, including airlines, hotels, and ground transport providers.
  • Maintain detailed records of travel itineraries, expenses, and contracts.
  • Stay updated on visa requirements, health and safety protocols, and other travel restrictions relevant to international touring.
  • Develop relationships with key service providers to secure preferred rates and priority services.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in travel management, with a focus on live touring and production logistics.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple, complex itineraries simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with high-profile clients and demanding schedules.
  • In-depth knowledge of international travel requirements, including visas, customs, and logistical challenges.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling changes and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with high-profile clients in the entertainment, music, or live events sectors.
  • Familiarity with travel policies and procedures related to artist tours and large production teams.
  • Ability to provide cost-efficient travel solutions without compromising on quality or safety.
