Job Description:

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of delivering life-changing travel experiences.

  • Managing client inquiries efficiently and delivering prompt, accurate quotations to secure bookings and achieve sales targets
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through phone and in-person meetings, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with internal departments to address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations
  • Offering expert advice on destinations and travel options, using your language fluency to cater to diverse client needs
  • Engaging in market research and business development to support sales growth and identify new opportunities
  • Travelling as required to meet clients, strengthen partnerships, and drive business retention and expansion

Experience Required:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within a client-focused environment
  • Fluency in Portuguese, German, or Norwegian is essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for analysis, reporting, and presentations
