Senior VIP Travel Client Manager – Duties:
- Engage with high-net-worth VIP clients, offering tailored recommendations on luxury destinations worldwide.
- Provide a personalised, concierge-style service to meet clients’ unique travel needs and preferences.
- Maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with luxury hotels, private jet providers, yacht charters, and other exclusive service partners.
- Handle complex and last-minute travel requests with efficiency and discretion.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance clients’ travel experiences through upgrades and special arrangements.
- Stay up to date with the latest luxury travel trends, emerging destinations, and industry developments.
- Negotiate rates and secure exclusive benefits for clients through strong supplier relationships.
Senior VIP Travel Client Manager – Essential Requirements:
- Experience handling high-end clients for bespoke travel globally
- Experience from a high-end travel company, high-end client relations PA service roles.
- University degree with good academic results
- Personality: service oriented, driven, entrepreneurial spirit, value oriented, excellent social and analytical skills.
