Customer Service Executive, Cycling Travel Specialist  required by a Specialist Cycling Holiday company who send cyclists of all abilities on adventures around the world. To qualify for this role you will have a passion for cycling and experience working in a sales OR service role, preferably from the travel industry, but not essential. Basic salary 22K-24K plus commission. Office-based Monday to Thursday and work from home on Fridays. 9am-5.30pm.

Customer Service Executive, Cycling Travel Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Deal with customer enquiries post booking on the telephone
  • Working calmly and effectively to ensure any issues are resolved quickly 
  • Assisting customers with booking changes, payments, and issue resolution.
  • Working closely with suppliers to confirm booking details.
  • Representing our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Aim to always offer the very best service

Customer Service Executive, Cycling Travel Specialist Requirements:

  • Customer Service OR Sales experience essential
  • Passion for Cycling essential
  • Passion for Travel essential
