Team Leader - (Music Industry )

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced travel professional to step into a leadership role within the dynamic world of music touring. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in entertainment travel, exceptional client management skills, and the ability to lead a team of specialists. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless travel arrangements for high-profile artists and their teams, all while mentoring and developing a team of travel experts.

What Will I Be Doing?

* Lead and oversee a team of travel specialists, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency in a hands on capacity.* Manage a portfolio of high-profile artist accounts, handling all aspects of their complex travel arrangements.* Provide training, mentorship, and support to your team, helping them refine their skills and grow.* Work closely with senior management to drive business growth and maintain strong client relationships.* Oversee fast-moving and high-stakes travel logistics, including private charters, last-minute changes, and VIP requests.* Ensure high profit margins by balancing client needs with business profitability.

What Experience Do I Need?

* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a travel-related role, with at least 2 years managing high-profile or complex entertainment clients.* At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or team management position.* Advanced proficiency in GDS systems (Galileo preferred), with experience in handling reissues, refunds, and complex itineraries.* Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a proven track record of developing a team.* Exceptional client management skills, with experience handling high-profile artists and entertainment professionals.
