Are you a French speaker with a Travel Advisor background or similar, looking to step into a varied, stable role for a busy company who will give you the opportunity to work from home as well as provide great company benefits ?
On offer is the opportunity to join a travel operator who provide their travel booking services across to a variety of customers. They are handling a large amount of French speaking clients looking to travel across the UK which is the reason for their current period of growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with French speaking customers to assist them with their group bookings via telephone and email. You will also be required to chase accounts and outstanding invoices as well as provide quotations for clients. Finally, you will be overseeing the operations of group bookings to ensure that any issues are dealt with promptly.
This role would suit a French speaker with a Travel Advisor background or similar, looking for a stable role within a busy team in a growing business who will offer hybrid working opportunities and great benefits.
The Role:
- Assisting customers with group bookings
- Chasing invoices and producing quotes
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
