JGA are delighted to be working with a successful travel brand looking to add an Asia Specialist to its team!
Responsibilities include:
- Dealing with all aspects of a holiday enquiry
- Discussing options with the client
- Planning and creating itineraries
- Responsible for invoicing and pre-tour documents
- Booking and managing flights on Galileo
- Liaising with ground handlers
- Sending final documentation
- Contacting clients for a debrief on return
- Acting as cover for colleagues when they are on leave
Desirable skills & experience:
- Experience in a sales role within a luxury tour operator/ travel agent
- Specialist Destination Knowledge as per spec
- Excellent Communication/ CS skills for a HNWI
- Product Management experience
- Familiarity with DHRUV and GALILEO
