North America Travel Consultants Responsibilities:Be inspired by the clients travel ideas and delight them with the product offered.Passionate on every call about the brand and the product we sellUnderstanding of selling principles and to be able to close the dealFocused and driven to achieve targetsMaintain a positive mind-set to overcome challenges and barriers to sellingHandle customer queries that involves admin which is not sellingHandle customer complaints and resolve at first point of contact whenever possible
