Reservations agent - Required for this luxury tour operator based in great location in central London. Travel reservations experience is a must, salary £28,000 plus up to £8,500 comm plus benefits. 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Reservations agents duties-Handling phone calls, and email enquiries relating to new and existing bookings, booking worldwide luxury holidays-Generate bookings in accordance with the companies procedures paying close attention to detail-Confirm bookings by providing appropriate documents-Process brochure requests-Achieve minimum agreed saes targets-Process rebookings, changes and cancellationsReservations agents skills required-Travel industry reservations experience is a must ideally for a tour operator-Previous experience working to and achieving personal sales targets-Knowledge of both long and short haul destinations-Exceptional level of customer serviceIf you are interested in the above role please apply online or send your cv to quoting DT59165
