Sales and Operations Agent / Travel Consultant B2C£ 28,500 City of London THE COMPANY: Our client is a tour operating specialist for holidays in Switzerland, who are seeking a Sales and Operations Agent / Travel Consultant to join their B2C team on a permanent basis. THE ROLE:

Handling reservations and bookings from direct clients and travel agents, via telephone, email and booking engines
Selling and upselling holiday packages and ad-hoc products, utilising customer service / sales skills to identify guests needs
Booking flights and international rail
Creating tailormade itineraries

THE PERSON:

Previous experience in the travel industry in a sales role
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Multiple language skills is an advantage
Knowledge of Switzerland is desirable
