Travel Designer - RemoteOur client is a rapidly growing specialist travel company entering its third year, focused on tailor-made rail holidays. With ambitious growth plans and a projected £3.5 million turnover in 2025, they are expanding their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven salesperson with a passion for travel to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Travel Designer - What will I be doing?* This is a very proactive role - you will be given approximately 100 leads a day of enquiries into the website which you will be making calls to every day. These are very hot leads.* Understanding clients' travel needs and designing custom rail holiday itineraries.* Converting leads into bookings through effective sales techniques.* Providing outstanding customer service throughout the booking process and beyond.Travel Designer - What Experience do I need?* At least 2 years of sales experience in the travel industry.* Ideally some experience of selling holidays to Switzerland or Italy, but this is not essential - Rail holidays would also be beneficial but not essential.* A customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.* A proactive sales mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets.

Travel Designer - What else do I need to know?* Salary: £25K + competitive commission (OTE £60K). The commission scheme is incredibly competitive and very realistic to reach targets.* Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week flexible working - Core hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Some evening shifts on a rota basis up to 8pm.One Saturday per month (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM), with a day off in lieu.* Fully remote role * Unlimited holiday entitlement throughout the year. - YES REALLY!* Private medical insurance * Annual familiarisation trip for the successful candidate and a family member.
