Travel Sales Consultant - Small Ship Cruising and Escorted Tours
Base Salary 28,000 + Commission + Great Benefits

Our client is an award-winning luxury tour operator who are specialist in the niche travel area of Small Ship Cruising and Escorted Touring.
They work with both direct clients and the travel trade and are now seeking to recruit highly motivated, service driven travel professionals who can multitask and work under pressure.
The role combines both sales and providing the very highest levels of customer service with a major focus on attention to detail.
Candidates will ideally be have previous travel industry experience but our client will also consider well-travelled candidates who have a sales background and would like to develop a career as a sales consultant within the travel industry.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis, 3 days in the office in Central London and 2 days remotely.
Travel Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
To handle inbound calls from both direct clients & Travel agents in a professional manner
To maximise every sales opportunity to excel both revenue and conversion targets
Accountable for booking a range of luxury holiday types across multiple destinations for both River Cruising & small ship cruising
To deliver exceptional customer service to our discerning, loyal customers who book high value trips
To manage the Sales emails by responding within the expected time frame with excellent written communication skills
Working to and exceeding set sales targets
Travel Sales Consultant Experience Required:
Previous sales/reservations or customer service experience gained within the travel industry.
Our client will also consider well-travelled candidates who have a sales background
Exceptional sales and customer service skillsExcellent written and oral communication competency
High quality attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Travel Sales Consultant Salary and Benefits:
Base Salary of 28,000
Commission earning potential of up to 12,00 per annum
