JOB DESCRIPTION

Tutor's required for IB subjects. All subject areas considered. The positions will be based in Central London. The tutor positions can be offered on a full time or part time basis. Tutor's will either have teaching or tutoring experience or as a minimum be educated to degree level in their specialist subject area. Interviews available immediately for an ASAP start.

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified tutors with relevant academic credentials and tutoring experience.
• Strong expertise in all core subjects.
• QTS Qualified (optional)
• A patient, adaptable, and student-focused approach to teaching.
• Proven ability to identify and address individual learning needs.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

IB Subject areas

• Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Maths, History, English

These tutor roles involve:

• planning lessons and resources around the student's needs. This could be in the core subjects or life skills;
• plan and deliver engaging sessions.
• apply skills to raise pupils' confidence.
• manage children with challenging behaviour.
• track the learning progress of the student to achieve their desired learning outcomes and being able to provide monthly reports.
• potentially engage in outdoor activities such as learning about plants and nature with the student,
• learn about visuals to communicate in some cases.
