Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed building surveys and inspections, preparing reports on the condition of properties.
- Managing the maintenance and repair works of various commercial and residential properties.
- Assisting with project management and overseeing refurbishments and fit-outs.
- Providing expert advice on property-related matters, including statutory compliance and building regulations.
- Engaging with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery to the highest standards.
Key Requirements:
- Recently qualified Building Surveyor (MRICS).
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, health and safety, and property law.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects effectively.
