STRATEGIC PLANNING OFFICER (TOWN / URBAN PLANNING) - LONDON - 9 MONTHS - £40 PER HOUR
ARM are working with a local authority in London and we are currently recruiting for a Strategic Planning Officer to join them on a contract basis to run until June 2025
About You:* You will be an experience Town or Urban Planner. * You will be degree educated and either holder or working towards RTPI status as a planner. * Your experience will include local authority work and ideally working on strategic planning.
What you will be doing:This position will be supporting decision making processes and planning applications on large scale planning applications within its local area.
This position is based in Central London and will be working using the hybrid model.
What you can expect in return:The rate for this position is £40 per hour (Umbrella) and has been deemed inside IR35, as it is provided maternity cover for a permanent member of the team.
We can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position. As part of the successful candidates application, we are required to undertake DBS and reference checking before starting.
