HRIS Analyst

A phenomenal opportunity has arisen at our globally renowned US Law Firm as they are seeking to hire an HRIS Analyst to join the HR department within the London office.  This is a newly created role, for an experienced HR Systems/Technology professional, to oversee London and European offices.  Additionally, the first project will be a major system upgrade to move over to Workday, so any prior experience of this system will be highly advantageous.

HRIS Analyst Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the implementation of Workday in London and Europe.
  • Coordinate the testing of configuration changes, including test script development, setting up test scenarios, issue resolution and coordination with other teams.
  • Collaborate with London HR on an ongoing basis to document system requirements that drive system development and implementation.
  • Partner with global HR Technology & Analytics team to establish production enhancement priorities and align on timing for Global & EMEA specific changes.

HRIS Analyst Key Skills & Requirements:

  • HR Systems experience from within a law firm.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems - system design, configuration, and administration.
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fulsome experience with Data Analytics, including advanced Excel skills (Macros, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
