Exciting opportunity to bring your Monday.com experience and passion to an established PMO working with the tool for the first time.
This role will involve normal PMO responsibilities for a wide IT Portfolio of projects, with the added dimension of bringing your experience / knowledge / passion of working with Monday.com and acting as the Monday.com product champ / ambassador!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the PMO and wider business gets the most from Monday.com. Guidance on Project Board set up, key features and hacks, setting up and documenting best practice and training users.
- Broader PMO responsibilities including:
- Keeping project plans, risk logs, and schedules up to date and on track.
- Preparing clear and timely project updates for senior stakeholders and steering committees.
- Tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to keep progress aligned with timelines.
- Managing budgets, purchase orders, and resource allocation.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams, including SI, vendors, and SMEs.
- Coordinating project meetings, workshops, and communications, with minutes, follow-ups and actions monitored.
- Ensuring all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
About you:
- An experienced PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator and Monday.com product champion.
- Preferable experience from an IT project setting, but an open mind.
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused.
- Confident working with stakeholders at all levels.
- A natural multitasker with excellent communication skills.
