Our client have ambitious growth plans and are seeking a talented Salesforce Admin Trainer who’s specialised in planning and delivering Salesforce or SaaS product training to global customers.

This is a homeworking role from the UK. All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities for the Salesforce Admin Trainer:- Perform general system administration tasks on Salesforce, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.- Manage and engage with stakeholders effectively, understanding their needs and translating them into Salesforce solutions.- Maintain and enhance Salesforce configurations, workflows, and reports to support business processes.- Provide support and deliver training on Salesforce or SaaS products to users to maximise the platform's capabilities.

Skills

As the Salesforce Admin Trainer you must have:- Strong communication skills and proven experience in stakeholder management.- Planned and delivered multiple training for global users for Salesforce or SaaS products.- Solid understanding of general system administration, with a focus on Salesforce.

Experience Requirements

- Must have a proven background working as a Salesforce Administrator.- You will ideally have an understanding of HR functions, and have strong Salesforce administrations skills.

Qualifications

MUST be Salesforce Administrator certified.
