ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Senior Technical Analyst with expertise in insurance, you will play a pivotal role in helping insurers future-proof their operations by implementing innovative software solutions. Your work will enhance experiences for insurance agents and customers alike.

Working closely with our trusted partners and our clients’ internal teams, you will address complex technical and business challenges while building strong relationships as a trusted advisor. This role is a dynamic and multifaceted position focused on delivering successful project outcomes through technical expertise, team leadership, and initiative-taking problem-solving. You will manage the entire lifecycle of system development, implementation, and enhancement—ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Play a key role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of project lifecycles through hands-on system configuration, technical integration, and/or business analysis.
• Lead small to medium-sized development teams, delivering high-quality results and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Proactively identify potential challenges, make informed decisions, and implement strategies to mitigate risks and avoid issues.
• Assess and address development or design changes that impact existing functionalities and live production data.
• Ensure successful project outcomes by identifying risks early and providing actionable recommendations to address them.
• Bring professional expertise to actively contribute to and lead hands-on project delivery for clients.
• Develop and estimate solutions to address product gaps and implement enhancements.
• Enhance team performance by mentoring team members, creating opportunities for growth, and effectively managing under-performance.
• Guide and support teams to drive meaningful improvements across all areas of project delivery.

YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILL-SET:

• Proficient in multiple programming languages and tools, such as Java, JavaScript, SQL, Git, AWS, Azure, and HTML.
• Skilled at streamlining complex projects and processes to maximize outcomes with minimal resources.
• Solid project implementation experience.
• Knowledge of people management strategies, with a focus on developing future leaders and enabling their success.
• Exceptional communication skills, leveraging expertise to collaborate with key stakeholders and prioritise impactful work.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
