- Prepare high-quality reports for the CIO and senior executive committees, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with Technology SMEs to gather and refine report content, ensuring alignment with reporting standards and deadlines.
- Review and edit report submissions, ensuring key messages are clear and suitable for an executive audience.
- Monitor and manage reporting deadlines, working with contributors to resolve issues and meet timelines.
- Write executive summaries, condensing complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Automate reporting processes using PowerBI, Excel, Python, and other tools to improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to visualise key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Stay informed on technology and financial industry trends to ensure relevant topics are covered in reports.
- Stakeholder management β proven experience working with senior stakeholders and contributors.
- Reporting expertise β experience in creating executive reports and presentations.
- Data analysis β ability to work with large data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into clear reports.
- Technical proficiency β experience with PowerBI, Excel (macros), SQL, and Python to automate and enhance reporting.
- Attention to detail β high standards for report quality and consistency.
