We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our organisation on a full-time basis, working across a range of digital products to deliver exceptional design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and deliver intuitive user experiences by creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with product goals.
  • Conduct user research and testing to gather insights, identify pain points, and validate design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate requirements into effective designs.
  • Apply design systems and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility across digital products.
  • Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, performance data, and testing outcomes to continuously improve usability and engagement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design across web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying feedback to refine designs.
  • Strong understanding of design systems, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
