About the Company

We’re a design-led, high-growth DTC brand redefining a everyday category through innovation. Our digital experience is the cornerstone of our success, and we’re known for blending world-class product design with compelling storytelling.

We’re looking for a Growth UX/UI Product Designer who specializes in showcasing hero products—someone who can turn a single flagship product into an irresistible narrative. If you’ve designed for FMCG, premium DTC brands, or single-product-focused companies, this role is for you.

Hybrid - London (2-3 days in office)

The Role

You’ll own the end-to-end digital experience, designing high-converting landing pages, seamless subscription flows, and immersive storytelling that elevates our hero product. This isn’t about managing vast catalogs—it’s about deep, impactful design for a product customers love.

You’ll collaborate with Growth, Creative, and Tech teams to merge data-driven UX with emotive storytelling, ensuring every pixel drives performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive, persuasive UX/UI for our digital platforms, focused on single-product storytelling.

  • Lead user research (testing, interviews, analytics) to uncover what makes customers convert.

  • Craft customer journeys that feel effortless, from discovery to purchase.

  • Develop landing pages and digital experiences that communicate our brand’s unique value.

  • Own the end-to-end design process, from wireframes to polished, dev-ready assets.

  • Optimize through A/B testing and data iteration, with a focus on conversion and engagement.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5-6 years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in FMCG, DTC, or brands with hero products (e.g., premium home, health, or lifestyle goods).

  • A portfolio demonstrating storytelling for single/few products—show us how you’ve made them shine.

  • Proven data-driven design improvements (e.g., boosted conversion rates, revenue, or engagement).

  • Expertise in CRO, usability principles, and persuasive design techniques.

  • Fluency in Figma, analytics tools (Hotjar, GA), and A/B testing platforms.

  • A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Why Join?
  • Work at a design-obsessed company where your work directly impacts growth.

  • Hybrid model: 3 days in a vibrant London office.

  • Competitive salary & benefits, including:

    • £1,000 annual learning budget.

    • Early finishes once a month.

    • Wellness perks and more.
