UX Designer/Researcher£50,000 - £55,000London We have a role to join a growing global based team in an i-gaming company.  This role is leading the design cycle from research to delivering high end standard experience to clients.THE ROLE:
  • Lead the full UX process for web and mobile products, transforming user insights, business goals, and constraints into intuitive designs.
  • Plan and execute user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to validate concepts and enhance user experiences.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that balance functionality and aesthetics while leveraging design systems for consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features, iterating swiftly based on feedback, analytics, and team input.
  • Advocate for user needs while presenting clear design rationale to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
THE PERSON:
  • Over 3 years of experience in UX/product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered projects and end-to-end design work.
  • Proficient in tools like Figma and Adobe XD, with solid knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility standards, and user research practices.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, data-driven design, and attention to detail; A/B testing experience is a plus.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator, comfortable working independently or in cross-functional teams.
  • Driven by strong work ethic and character, with proven ability to influence designs through analytics and feedback.
