Front End Developer (Angular TypeScript) London / WFH to £45k
Are you a technologist Front End Developer with a strong knowledge of Angular looking for an opportunity to progress your career, working on complex systems with access to a range of technology across the full stack?
You could be joining a Venture Capitalist that invest in start-ups across the financial services sector.
As a Front End Developer you will join a small R&D development team with a wide range of projects, you'll have exposure across the full software development lifecycle from ideation and design through to developing production codebases. Initially you'll be working on a project for a particular client to build dashboards and other user access applications, you'll work with a range of clients on varying projects.
The focus will be on front end development using Angular and TypeScript / JavaScript but you'll also gain exposure to the Python backend.
There's a supportive, collaborative environment where you'll be supported with training and mentoring, solving difficult technical problems in collaboration with the CTO.
Location / WFH:
You'll be based in the Central London office on a fulltime basis.
About you:
- You have achieved a 2.1 or above in Computer Science from a top tier university
- You have a strong knowledge of Angular, they're using the latest versions
- You have TypeScript / JavaScript development experience
- You have a good knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms
- You have an appreciation of backend development, they sue Python but you don't need experience with it
- You're collaborative with excellent communication skills
- Experience within financial services or FinTech would be great but not essential
