A Commodity Trading Firm in London is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer for a permanent hybrid role with a salary of £120,000 plus a large bonus.
The ideal candidate will focus primarily on front-end development, particularly with Angular 17+, C#, and .NET Core.
The applications team is currently undergoing a significant re-design and migration to a modernized cloud-based service architecture using Azure.
Candidates should have strong experience in UI/UX development, API services, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies, with a preference for those familiar with trading environments.
A minimum of several years of relevant experience is required to effectively contribute to the ongoing maintenance and evolution of key components and services.

Salary : £120,000 (Flexibility) + Large Bonus

An experienced Full Stack Developer is required for the applications team. Your primary focus will be on front end development. Applications within this portfolio have entered a significant re-design and re-engineering phase, with active migration of users underway onto a modernized cloud-based (Azure) service architecture and responsive UI. You will play a key role in implementation of these applications, as well as working on BAU tasks and continuous maintenance and evolution of key components and services.

Essential Skills

Strong Angular 17+
C# and .NET Core
UI/UX development
Python
Development of services, API's and serverless functions in a cloud environment
CI/CD and associated tools
Agile methodologies and working in SCRUM, KANBAN or similar

Desirable skills

Advanced Web development (SSR, PWA, Web workers, Electron)
Experience in working in a trading environment or in supporting Data Scientists
Azure, CosmosDB, AKS
