Currently recruiting for a growing digital client who are looking to hire a junior front-end developer to join their expanding team. Will be involved in building, maintaining and customizing company website, building and improving features.
Highly desirable - commercial experience along with some expertise within content management systems such as Mailchimp or similar. Great opportunity for a candidate who is driven, keen to learn and a real self starter.

Responsibilities / Skills
- Develop new user-facing features
- Collaborate closely with designers and backend developers to implement visual and interactive elements.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum performance.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications, resolving issues and bugs as needed.
- Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring smooth communication and teamwork across projects.

- Cross-browser compliance and testing

Desirable
- Experience of different content management systems
- Experience with templating engines
- Python
- Some familiarity with JavaScript and CSS frameworks
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Web page performance and optimisation
