Looking to recruit a Multi trade Carpenter to join a leading property services company based in Kensington

Offering up to 38,000 + van and fuel card and great benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties
  • you'll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include Carpentry works, units, doors, worktops etc
  • Carry out repairs outside of core trade eg, Remedial plumbing works, Repair patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tiles

Requirements:

  • Trade related qualification, city and guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
  • You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence for 12 months as Work van provided
  • Ability to use hand tools, and operate small hand held plant such as drills and breakers etc.
