Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Handyman to work throughout Central London.
The role involves performing reactive maintenance tasks in commercial offices, including carpentry, plastering, and minor electrical work.
Candidates should have a strong background in building maintenance and multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
A full UK driving licence is essential for this position, and ideally, applicants should have a trade background.
The salary for this position is competitive, and relevant experience is required.

We’re currently looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Handyman to work across Central London. As a Mobile Maintenance Handyman you will be responsible for carrying out reactive maintenance tasks within commercial offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Repair doors, skirting boards, and general carpentry work
Minor plastering and painting (making good)
Fix leaking taps and replace when needed
Minor electrical tasks (running cables, tube changes, fire alarm testing)

Requirements:

Experience in building maintenance and handyman work
Strong knowledge of multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Ideally, a trade background
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
