Service Engineer - Coffee Machines
Location: London
Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 per year (OTE 45,000 - 50,000 with bonuses and benefits)

They maintain all types of coffee equipment, including bulk brew, bean-to-cup, and traditional machines. Role and Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and set up coffee equipment, delivering an excellent and unique customer experience.
- Perform planned preventative maintenance on a broad range of equipment.
- Carry out reactive breakdown and repair calls, aiming for a first-time fix on all equipment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through communication and operator training (e.g., operation and cleaning of coffee equipment).
- Manage spare parts stock holding in the company van.
- Complete all necessary job cards and supporting documents.
- Support colleagues and engage proactively with all areas of the business.
- Work on a rota of 1 in 4 weekends (Saturday only), with optional Sunday working for an additional rate of 250.
Requirements:
- Strong electro-mechanical knowledge.
- Professional demeanor and drive to represent the business positively.
- Relevant industry experience with coffee equipment (essential).
- Self-motivated and flexible approach to travel.
- Customer-focused and a team player.
- Valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel (50%).
