About the role
We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and passionate Field Service Dental Engineer to join our dynamic and expanding team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing on-site support, maintenance, and engineering solutions specifically tailored to dental systems and equipment. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently across various customer sites and environments.
Key responsibilities
- Perform Proactive and Reactive Maintenance on Clients sites
- Installation and Commissioning of New Equipment
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service visits, repairs, and installations.
- Participate in Ongoing Training
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients
About you
- Previous experience as a Dental Engineer is a must
- Strong technical thought process
- Electrical, Plumbing or Mechanical qualification or apprenticeship desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
