We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Mobile Operative to join our team and deliver high-quality general maintenance and handyperson services across various sites.

About the Role

This varied role involves managing your own schedule and working independently to complete compliance checks, routine maintenance, and repairs. Travel is required, and a full UK driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance Checks: Fire alarms, emergency light flick tests, water temperature checks, etc.
• Plumbing: Installing taps, fixing leaks, etc
• Electrical: Replacing bulbs, rewiring sockets, etc.
• Repairs: Fixing door handles, replacing door closers, basic repairs, etc.
• Decorating: Painting, touching up skirting boards, sanding wooden surfaces.
• Gardening: Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, weeding, repairing fences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a multi-trader or handyperson.
• Solid work history in maintenance or repairs.
• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential due to travel requirements).
• Based in Essex or surrounding areas (other locations may be considered).
• A proactive and versatile approach to work.
