We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join a fast-paced, high-performing team renowned for delivering unparalleled service. Were seeking a skilled and reliableMaintenance Assistantto handle day-to-day property maintenance and repairs across properties in Knightsbridge.
Flexibility during peak seasons is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general property maintenance, including carpentry, tiling, plumbing, and repairs to doors, windows, and locking systems.
- Install and repair gutters and drainpipes.
- Source materials and oversee contractors.
- Provide on-call assistance and cover for colleagues as needed.
- Ensure all work meets the highest standards and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with basic hand tools and knowledge of trades like carpentry, tiling, and decorating.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ).
- Sound understanding of building regulations and health & safety standards.
- Full UK driving licence and significant proven experience.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly conscientious.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
