A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance & Installations Manager to oversee the maintenance and refurbishment of a portfolio of high-end residential properties across London. This is a senior role with a strong emphasis on service delivery, team leadership, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all property maintenance activities across multiple London sites, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.

  • Allocate and supervise maintenance and mechanical works, ensuring timely and effective completion.

  • Lead property refurbishments and building projects from planning through to execution.

  • Oversee supplier management, including raising, logging, and approving purchase orders and invoices.

  • Monitor and manage budgets, authorise works, and ensure accuracy of all related financial documentation.

  • Implement and maintain both preventative and reactive maintenance schedules.

  • Lead, manage, and develop the property team, including conducting appraisals and organising training.

  • Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain all relevant records and documentation.

  • Develop and deliver a long-term strategic maintenance plan.

  • Liaise with senior management to provide regular updates on projects and ongoing works.

  • Support wider team initiatives and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.

  • Undertake additional duties as required, within the scope of the role.
