A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance & Installations Manager to oversee the maintenance and refurbishment of a portfolio of high-end residential properties across London. This is a senior role with a strong emphasis on service delivery, team leadership, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all property maintenance activities across multiple London sites, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.

Allocate and supervise maintenance and mechanical works, ensuring timely and effective completion.

Lead property refurbishments and building projects from planning through to execution.

Oversee supplier management, including raising, logging, and approving purchase orders and invoices.

Monitor and manage budgets, authorise works, and ensure accuracy of all related financial documentation.

Implement and maintain both preventative and reactive maintenance schedules.

Lead, manage, and develop the property team, including conducting appraisals and organising training.

Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain all relevant records and documentation.

Develop and deliver a long-term strategic maintenance plan.

Liaise with senior management to provide regular updates on projects and ongoing works.

Support wider team initiatives and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.

Undertake additional duties as required, within the scope of the role.
