Our client, a leading high-end residential main contractor are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, coordinating with in-house engineers and external suppliers to deliver first-class service. You’ll respond to urgent requests, manage planned maintenance schedules, and ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards, all while keeping impeccable records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary contact for maintenance queries, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
- Supervise maintenance activities, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Conduct routine inspections, identify issues, and resolve them promptly.
- Oversee contractors and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Keep maintenance records updated using software (e.g., Joblogic).
- Be “on call” every second weekend (additional remuneration provided).
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in property maintenance, ideally within high-end residential projects.
- Basic understanding of M&E systems is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Valid UK driving license (company van provided).
